Exercise and I have a love-hate relationship. I love to exercise when it is comfortable and easy like walking. I can get my 10k steps in and my Fitbit is happy.

There are days when I have to give myself a pep talk to get up and going. There are days where cussing is part of my exercise routine.
The good news is that despite all of my gripes I actually enjoy the workouts.
Are these workouts out of my comfort zone? Yep, they are but I sleep better, have more energy and I feel proud when I add a little more weight to the lifting.
