Does your workplace have a suggestion box?

Do you wish your workplace had a suggestion box?

For those that do have suggestion boxes, how often are you adding your two cents to the box? When it comes to suggestion boxes, I wonder how many employers care about what the worker bees suggest.

Are these boxes just saving face to say, “Hey, we asked you all what you wanted and no one spoke up?”

Depending on the work environment, you may not want to speak up. Will it lead to retaliation? Will they already know…
